Walsall Council are currently undertaking a consultation on whether to introduce Dog Control Orders within its Parks and are asking members of the public to write in so they can investigate the impact of the presence of dogs in the Parks. The Local Authority has the power to make an Order which will make it a criminal offence, subject to a fine of up to £1000, to do any of the following in a Park:
