19.01.11 Owner contacted us yesterday, this owner is known to us and the dogs have been repeat offenders over recent months. Previously councils/kennels have waivered the charges due to emotional stories by owner. However, this time its not going to happen, owner has been told to pay the fines/fees if they wish to claim their dog. Owner just said "forget it, rehome it".
