We have just spoken to Teddys owners, Teddy was being cared for by a relative.  The relative has just confirmed that Teddy had actually been missing for many days before they notified the owners.  Owners have learnt that Teddy was collected as a stray and taken to a pound.  As Teddy had bitten and had displayed aggressive behaviour in kennel and because the pound couldnt find an owner, he was put to sleep.

Owner wishes to relay their sincere thanks to everyone that has helped them since Monday this week.  Their final comments were "if only we had microchipped him".
