• 17.12.09 Unfortunately we have been unable to trace Buddys owner.  Because Buddy was suffering from a severe heart murmur, fluid around his heart, fluid filled lungs with shadowing that could indicate cancer.  Ear infections.  Buddy did not have the energy to stand and found breathing very difficult.  Upon vets recommendation and consultation with the dogwarden, Buddy was put to sleep to end his suffering.
