Our Lost & Found Service
The service we provide to owners of missing dogs and finders of strays is one of the best in the West Midlands area. We have promoted our organisation in such a way that we have built superb working relationships with local authority dog wardens, stray kennels, local RSPCA and West Midlands Police. We work hard at keeping our running costs as low as possible.
Injured or Needy Stray Dogs
Local authority purses have very little funding for the treatment of injured or sick stray dogs. We are often asked for financial help with injured or sick, we assist when funds allow us to. With your donation we could help more.
Unclaimed Stray Dogs
Many unclaimed stray dogs can be faced with destruction simply because there is a lack of space in the stray kennels. We help dogs like this by securing them rescue placements. We have good working relationships with lots of rescues, some local ones but we have others that are further afield, this means we need funds to cover volunteer fuel expenses for the dog to be transferred to safety. We also have emergency boarding facilities for dogs offered placements that are not able to accept immediately.
Owner Relinquishments
There are times when we are asked to help owners who can no longer care for their pets. These are usually people faced with major health problems, losing their homes, relationship breakdown. These usually result in us having to use our emergency boarding facility giving us time to locate a suitable rescue placement.
