Stallholder Booking Form for Paws in the Buffery 2018

Please read the following carefully before completing the booking form, thank you!

Saturday 21st July 2018

Buffery Park, Prospect Row, Dudley DY2 8LB

All stallholders are to provide their own gazebos, tables and chairs to ensure safe set up.

There are NO power sources available.

Entrance opens at 8.15am and closes at 10.15am.

Please note that the park will be open to the public, we ask that you keep your speed to an absolute minimum whilst driving through the park, be cautious for pedestrians and loose dogs.

Stallholder parking permits - Only ONE vehicle will be allowed to remain at your stall. Other vehicles will need to be removed off site or to a designated parking area. All vehicles MUST display event entry permit on their screen or dashboard. A maximum of 2 permits will be issued per organisation.

Once the event commences NO vehicle will be permitted to move.

The sale of food or drinks is NOT permitted unless approved by event organisers.

Face-painting and Glitter Tattoos NOT permitted unless approved by event organisers.

The sale of homemade dog treats/food is not permitted without DEFRA licence and appropriate liability insurance.

Do not trade in illegal goods, e.g. copied CD’s or DVD’s. Trading standards will be doing checks.

At the close of the event, you will be allowed to move your vehicles onto the event site to pack away. Once you are finished, please make your way to the exit. Again be cautious for pedestrians and loose dogs.

Please ensure that all rubbish is bagged and removed from site, any stallholder leaving rubbish behind will not be allowed to partake in any future events.

How to book

By completing this form on our website you are agreeing to the terms & conditions laid out in our Privacy Policy.

All stallholders will be required to pay their booking fee upfront via PAYPAL only.  Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by the event organisers.

Charity/Non Profit - 3m x 3m £20.00

Charity/Non Profit - 6m x 3m £40.00
Trader - 3m x 3m - £30.00

Trader - 6m x 3m - £60.00

Caterers, Attractions etc - fees vary, we will email you with the details

Once your completed booking form has been received by our events team

1.  You will receive an email confirmation requesting your booking fees with a 48 hour deadline for payment.

2.  If your payment is not received by the deadline, your booking will be cancelled.

3.  When payment has been received, we will email the necessary documentation to attend the event.
